The worst I ever had, though about upgrading my previous ones but I just threw 375 dirhams in the trash bin. Keeps disconnecting from wifi every day, sometimes even it will not turn the unit off. The only nice thing is the colours and the big screen other than that WASTE OF MONEY!!!!

This unit looks nice and smart, however it’s a waste of time and money. It goes offline even though its right next to the router plus other issues.
The first unit received was replaced by the retailer. The replacement had a whole other set of issues. So I have to pay a contractor three times to install/uninstall this thermostat which ultimately doesn’t work. It’s better to invest in a quality smart thermostat with a reputable name that’s guaranteed to work. Unfortunately I can’t return it a second time as the packaging was accidently disposed of. Wasted money.

I love this thermostat, super cool looking and very elegant in our living room. I installed it (I am a bit of a techy), and I connected it to our WiFi (which is very strong), and then to Alexa. And voila! I am perfectly able to control my AC in and out the house. If you know how to install it and where to connect the wires, you’ll love this unit! Connect it to strong and reliable wifi for a complete home automation experience. I dunno why the people are complaining, I never faced any issue with disconnections to the wifi. Anyway highly recommended and it does what I paid for it to do 🙂

The Wiring for the thermostat is difficult as the Alphabets X G Y W RH RC B O are not there.
Only AC220 L , Ac220N , Fan , Valve open , Valve close are mentioned, no help in the accompanying manual as well. Not happy with the product All other companies use standard Alphabetical
identifications.
No support number mentioned on the box or manual

Garbage, don’t buy, gets disconnected at least twice a week. Looking great though but very poor quality.
