I couldn’t be more thrilled with my new Ecobee Enhanced Thermostat! From the moment I opened Amazon box, I was impressed. Installation was a breeze — so straightforward and well-guided that even a moderately handy homeowner (like me!) could handle it with total confidence. Clear instructions, smart design, and a seamless setup meant I had it up and running in no time.
But the real magic began after installation. The Ecobee Enhanced is a marvel of intelligent climate control. Its manifold features are both powerful and refreshingly simple to use. Whether it’s setting schedules, adjusting temperatures remotely, or optimizing comfort room by room, everything is intuitive. No more fumbling through menus or head-scratching configurations — it just works.
I am elderly my family can easily monitor my home environment remotely via WiFi—that is especially comforting! Another of my favorite features is the energy usage reporting. Everything is targeted at the US. Instructions, support etc. not compatible with UK boilers. Amazon should t even be selling it in the UK.

I followed mfgr instructions and installed ecobee app for help installing thermostat. First thing app said to do was scan QR code on thermostat, but there was no QR code on thermostat. Then it said to pick thermostat from list, but the ecobee pro wasn’t listed. Then I called customer service, without success. So far, I am not impressed.
After I had a professional come in, it is installed and working perfectly.

great product , got rid of my google nest 1 , as google shut down the phone app so i would have to buy a google nest 2 to get my app back , i hate being controlled , so after reading all the reveiws , I settled on the ECOBEE ENHANCED ,easy install , way nicer than the nest, also looks better and does a lot more tech stuff, i love it , then a few days after installation a weird thing happened , the wife was playing ball with the dog , the ball bounced off the wall , hit the ecobee , knocked it on the floor and smashed the screen, so the screen quit working but the app still worked , now what ? Decided to text ECOBEE and see if i could buy a screen for a decent price, after sending photos and my story they decided to just sent the whole kit for free with shipping, WOW good people and very friendly , and they sure didnt have to send for free as it was our fault , so I definitely say buy the ecobee , great product , super service , THANKS ECOBEE
