Do you stock parts for high-ambient temperature conditions (45°C+)?
Yes. Given Oman’s extreme summer temperatures, we specifically stock high-ambient kits, heavy-duty fan motors, and compressors with oversized crankcase heaters designed for GCC climates.
Do you supply parts for commercial refrigeration (cold rooms, display chillers, ice machines)?
Absolutely. We are a key supplier for commercial refrigeration parts including Danfoss/Carel controllers, finned evaporators for cold rooms, door gaskets, electronic expansion valves, and defrost heaters for supermarket applications.
Compatibility & Selection
To ensure accuracy, please provide one of the following:
Model number of the AC unit (e.g., Gree FGR-7.5).
Part number from the old component (e.g., Compressor: ZR36K).
Technical specs: Voltage (230V/1Ph or 400V/3Ph), Tonnage (e.g., 2 TR), Refrigerant type, and dimensions.
Our sales team cross-references parts using a proprietary compatibility database for brands common in Oman (Gree, Midea, LG, Carrier, Zamil, SKM, Trane).
We offer both. OEM parts are available for major brands. We also offer premium aftermarket (OEM-equivalent) parts that meet or exceed OEM specifications, typically at a 20-40% lower cost.
Refrigerant & Environmental Compliance
As of 2024-2025, Oman follows the Montreal Protocol and Kigali Amendment.
Allowed: R-32 (new preferred), R-410A, R-134A, R-404A (for existing systems).
Phased out: R-22 (We supply limited recycled/R22 only for legacy system maintenance with proper permits).
**We comply fully with Oman’s Environmental Authority (EA) regulations on refrigerant handling and disposal.
We do not offer on-site recovery, but we sell suitable recovery machines, recovery cylinders (DOT/ISO certified), and we accept used cylinders for safe disposal (subject to Environmental Authority guidelines).
Delivery, Logistics & Coverage in Oman
Yes. We have a dedicated logistics network covering all Governorates of Oman.
Same-day delivery within Greater Muscat (orders before 12:00 PM).
Next-day delivery to Sohar, Nizwa, Sur, and Barka.
2-Day delivery to Salalah, Duqm, and Haima.
Express courier (DHL/FedEx) available for urgent parts.
Free delivery within Muscat for orders exceeding OMR 100.
Free delivery to other governorates for orders exceeding OMR 300.
For orders below these values, a nominal shipping fee of OMR 3-5 applies (or customer collects from our warehouse).
Yes. Our main showroom and customer service center is located in Wadi Al Kabir (Muscat) (with secondary stock in Sohar Industrial Area). Customers can walk in for over-the-counter sales, technical advice, and immediate pickup.
Pricing, Payment & VAT
All quoted prices are exclusive of 5% VAT (Value Added Tax) as per Oman Tax Authority regulations. VAT will be added at the final invoice.

Yes. Registered HVAC/R companies, facility management firms, and hotels can apply for 30-day net credit terms subject to:
Valid CR (Commercial Registration)
Trade license copy
Bank reference letter
Minimum 12 months trading history with us.
Returns, Warranty & Technical Support
Incorrect part ordered by customer: Return within 7 days, unopened and in original packaging. Restocking fee of 15% applies. Shipping both ways borne by customer.
Faulty part (manufacturing defect): Return within 14 days. We will replace or refund 100%. Customer must provide photos/videos or bring the part to our facility for inspection.
Electrical components (capacitors, relays) are non-returnable if installed due to safety standards.
Compressors: Manufacturer Warranty if applicable. (subject to proper installation, correct refrigerant charge, and no electrical burnout).
Fan motors & Coils: No Warranty.
Capacitors, Contactors, Electronics (PCBs): No Warranty.
Refrigerants: No warranty on gas once cylinder seal is broken; factory-sealed cylinders are guaranteed for purity.
Yes. Our in-house technicians offer free remote troubleshooting over phone or WhatsApp (+968 9441 0006) from 8 AM to 8 PM, Saturday to Thursday. We can guide you through multimeter tests to confirm a failed compressor, capacitor, or sensor.
Business & Bulk Purchasing
Yes. We have a tiered pricing structure:
Tier 1 (Wholesale): Contractors purchasing > OMR 500/month get 5-10% discount.
Tier 2 (Distributor): Bulk buyers (e.g., 50+ compressors/month) get negotiated factory-direct pricing.
Seasonal promotions: Pre-summer (Feb-April) discounts on capacitors and motors.

We offer a 24/7 emergency spare parts pickup for critical commercial clients (cold storages, hospitals, hotels). Call our after-hours hotline to arrange a warehouse technician to meet you. A surcharge of OMR 20 applies for after-hours access (Saturday-Thursday 8 PM-6 AM; all day Friday).
