1 Year Manufacture Warranty.
Shaded Pole, Open Ventilation, Air Over. Extra studs can be cut off if not needed. Shaft can also be shortened with a hack saw if necessary. Shaft bushing is also available, 1/4″ to 5/16″ (part # KIT240). Suggest replacement for Nutone 22721, JB1C005N, JBIC005. Replaces Century # 36, U36
